COVID-19 Updates to our valued Customers and Partners
We would like to take a moment to update you on AceClamp's operations and actions going forward in response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 crisis. First and foremost, all of us at AceClamp are thinking of you and your families and wishing everyone the best under these uncertain times and conditions. With this in mind, we are mobilizing all safety measures in our operations to keep our staff safe and healthy while providing full sales support and taking orders. Fortunately, our business also provides critical products to both the medical and military industries so we'll continue to provide high quality, fast installing AceClamp products for the foreseeable future.
Sales: Our sales office and phone lines are up and taking orders. Our staff is practicing social distancing and abiding by safe guidelines per the CDC to ensure we remain fully staffed with no disruptions in service. Additionally, we have the ability to operate sales from remote locations when needed.
Shipping: Know that while AceClamp is continuing to ship orders, if we need to alter our scheduling our staff may begin to work alternating shifts to comply with distancing. That said, we will ensure that these measures have a minimal impact on shipping products.
Support: Our phone lines are open and our support staff is available to answer any technical questions related to Snow Retention or Solar products. Off-site engineering support is also available as well. Now is a great time to complete engineering layouts for your designs, give us a call.
